Service Description

Privacy Policy: The client shall be requested to provide key personal (Contact details, Date of birth, Address etc.) for booking and payment purpose and clinical information (during consultation) to support accurate diagnosis and development of a plan of mangement. All medical and personal information shared on the platform shall be kept confidential and will be used for the sole purpose of clincal management only. No external party shall be provided access to the same without explicit consent from the client.

Cancellation Policy

If after confirmation, due to any reason, the consultation can not be done on the proposed time, an option of rescheduling the same would be given to the client with in the next 48 hrs. If a mutually agreeable slot can not be found within 48 hrs, the client can seek refund for the booking amount, which shall be transferred back to their account within the next 8-10 days depending on the mode of payment.
